Preamble I have recapped the unfolding of allegedly non-reporting of CBA court ruling belief incubated at Annual General Meeting of 30/3/2017 by Trustees ending with suspension decision. I cherish the fellowship of Nairobi Gymkhana and gave my heart to it during my tenure in Management Committee despite a business to run. I am disappointed and hurt and therefore highlight wrong doings used in the process to enable DC to take disciplinary actions against wrong doers.
